How Tanvil works
Two ways to use it, depending on whether you already know the job you want.
Finding a career path
A short intake covers your age, education, work history, skills, and interests — the same information a real career coach would start with.
Your profile is sent to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, which surfaces a ranked list of realistic career paths — including ones outside your current field — with the reasoning for each.
Every path shows why it fits you and which skills you're missing. Choose one to commit to and generate a plan for it.
Your plan is broken into phases with concrete tasks. Check tasks off as you complete them and watch your progress accumulate.
Already know the job you want?
Instead of choosing from a suggested path, describe the exact job you're going after in your own words.
Tanvil builds out what to work on each day: the skill to practice, what to apply to, and how to prepare — plus general guidance on relevant programs or certifications (never a specific-school recommendation).
At the end of each day, note what you actually did. Periodic check-ins let you describe what's changed, and the remaining days regenerate around that.
